Welcome to Thermaux. At Thermaux, operated by ZAN COMMERCIUM LLC, we are committed to delivering your premium wellness products in a safe and timely manner.
Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, transit times, and delivery.
1. Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
To elevate your shopping experience, we are pleased to offer FREE Standard/Freight Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
3. Order Processing Time
After an order is placed and payment is verified, please allow:

Small/Standard Items (Accessories): 2-5 business days for processing and handling.

Large/Freight Items (Saunas & Large Equipment): 5-10 business days for processing, quality check, and freight preparation.
Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order begins processing.
4. Transit & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, estimated transit times are:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.

Freight Shipping (Saunas): 10-20 business days (due to the size, weight, and specialized handling required for freight).
Note: These are estimates. Deliveries in remote locations may take longer. Unexpected carrier delays (weather, custom checks at the supplier origin, etc.) can also affect delivery times.
5. Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Freight Delivery Details (Important for Saunas)
For large items like saunas, we utilize specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Please note the following regarding freight deliveries:

Appointment Call: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment during normal business hours. You must provide a valid phone number at checkout.

Curbside Delivery: All freight deliveries are "Curbside." This means the driver will unload the product at the curb of your driveway or the street only. The driver is not authorized to move the product into your house, garage, or backyard. It is your responsibility to move the item from the curb.

Adult Signature Required: An adult (18+) must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the package and sign for the receipt.
7. Damaged Shipments & Missing Items (Inspection Critical)
It is critical that you inspect the exterior and interior of the packaging at the time of delivery BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

If the packaging looks damaged, you must write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing.

If you sign the receipt without noting damages, you are accepting the product in good condition, and we may be unable to file a claim with the carrier for replacements.

If major damage is visible, you have the right to refuse the shipment.

Report any damages or missing parts to us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@thermaux.com with photos of the damage.
